Caroline Boulliat

Founder & CEO

An Extensive Variety of Experience in Life Sciences

Caroline, a Pharm D graduate from University Claude Bernard Lyon, is the dynamic Founder and CEO of Genchrome Limited.

Her professional journey began as a Hospital Pharmacist in Paris, which paved the way for her transition into the pharmaceutical industry. Here, she excelled in various commercial roles at multinational companies like Amgen, Pfizer, MSD, GSK, UCB, and Gilead, proving her mettle in a competitive field. She further refined her industry acumen at KPMG, where she served as a partner in the Life Sciences advisory department.

Her extensive experience has seen her leading the successful international launches of seven brands in fields such as Oncology, Immunology, Neurology, and Rare Diseases. She’s distinguished herself in UK and France’s healthcare sectors, displaying remarkable leadership and negotiation skills.

Caroline also contributes her expertise to advisory roles, including being a Committee Member for Blue Bees Therapeutics and a Governor at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital-London.

Her distinguished career, industry-wide respect, and drive to improve healthcare reflect her commitment to excellence in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.

Olivier Njamfa,

Co-founder & COO

Vast experience in the development of international tech companies

Olivier, a French and British national, serves as the Co-Founder and COO of Genchrome Limited. He is recognized as a seasoned CEO, an innovative serial entrepreneur, and a keen investor in international technology companies.

With over 25 years of strong leadership and strategic execution, Olivier has significantly contributed to the startup ecosystem, either by pioneering or financially backing multiple ventures. His entrepreneurial footprint includes Labmetrix Technologies, a groundbreaking laboratory enterprise solution acquired by NYSE-listed PerkinElmer, and Eptica, a European leader in AI multi-channel solutions, later sold to Enghouse System listed on the Toronto stock market. He also initiated 7Mountains, an organization aimed at aiding tech companies in their international expansion, primarily across the UK, EU, and U.S. markets.

Beyond his entrepreneurial ventures, Olivier actively advises and invests in more than 15 international startups, including the unicorn startup, Content Square. Olivier’s financial acumen is further displayed through his association with Seed4soft, a successful Business Angel club. His expertise has led to productive collaborations with diverse funds such as Eurazeo, KKR, Softbank, Ardian, Xange, Highland Europe, Ventech Capital, C4 Venture, Omnes Capital, BPI, Serena Capital, Auriga Partners, ISAI, and Ring Capital.

Olivier’s transformational leadership style has facilitated international expansion for prominent tech companies across Europe, America, and Asia, thereby asserting his global impact.
